I am through the roof about my experience at this shop. I was looking for a brushguard and bed cover for a 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel I recently purchased - I went to a different (seemingly reputable) shop in Warner Robins PRIOR to Automotion, and was given a terrible experience, so I went to Automotion Customs after finding them on google and Trey went above and beyond to earn my business, he took the extra step and called Ranchhand to verify the brushguard would fit the Rebel (the prior place I went to told me there were zero options for a brushguard on a Rebel), he also showed me multiple options for bed covers and didn’t try to oversell the most expensive option. He gave honest, fair, accurate information on all of my options and the shop followed through with excellent customer service and installment. Do NOT waste your time at any shop other than Automotion Customs - ask for Trey if you need anything - he was awesome and made the process easy and scheduled me ASAP aswell.

I had leather seats installed on my car here. They were awesome through the entire process! Hunter walked me through the ordering process and the product looks great. They even called me the day before my appointment and had me come in early since they had extra time, which was greatly appreciated. The install looks perfect and they took great care of my vehicle. Not one finger print, speck of dirt, or smudge was left behind. Highly recommend this team.

They have went over and beyond to help me, From the service department to the sales people all the way to the owner. This is by far the greatest custom accessories store that is around. They are very honest and knowledgeable about all the products and services they offer. If I could give them a 100 star rating I definitely would. This is the only custom business I will ever go to no matter how far away I am.

This was a great experience!! Having trouble with my automatic running boards, I called them last week. The conversation was very nice and professional. I brought my truck in today and the service and reception I got was fantastic. With there knowledge, my issue was fixed in very timely manner. I will definitely be back!

Extremely professional! They handled my new Katskin leather seats for my truck in 1 day. Excellent fit and was able to get the heated seat option. Definitely will have them do more work on the truck in the near future!!
